What data we process and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Contact and appointment forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you write to us through a form, we process the details you fill in – typically your name, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message. We use them solely to reply and to arrange the next steps. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to providing a service, or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. Forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The \u201eBook an appointment” button leads to the XDENT booking system at esthesion.xdent.cz<\/em>. It is a separate system where you enter your details directly; it is used to book and record your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Website chat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A chat window (Collect.chat) is available on the website. We process what you write in the chat, including contact details if you provide them, so that we can get back to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newsletter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address based on your consent until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every e-mail or by writing to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analytics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With the consent you give in the cookie bar, we measure traffic and on-site behaviour using Google Analytics, Usermaven and Microsoft Clarity. This helps us see which pages are useful and what to improve. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embedded third-party content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Some pages contain embedded videos (Vimeo) or a map (Google Maps). These providers may process data about your device according to their own privacy policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with suppliers who run the website and our communication tools for us, to the extent necessary – namely the web hosting, e-mail delivery, booking system, chat and analytics providers listed above. We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long we keep data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for – enquiries and bookings for the time needed to handle them and a reasonable period afterwards, data processed on the basis of consent until that consent is withdrawn. If you become our patient, the retention of medical records is governed by specific legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patient medical records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Processing of patient data in connection with the provision of health services, i.e. keeping medical records, is governed by specific legislation, in particular Czech Act No. 372\/2011 Coll. on health services. This processing takes place at the clinic and we will provide information about it on request at the reception desk or at info@esthesion.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
