We thoroughly evaluate the condition of teeth, bone tissue and jaw using a 3D scan and create an individual treatment plan.
2) Treatment plan
Together we discuss treatment options, select the type of implants and schedule the procedure.
3) Placement of 6 implants
The procedure is completely painless, very gentle and performed under local anesthesia — we place 6 dental implants precisely according to the digital plan.
4) Temporary replacement and healing
Often right after the procedure we attach a fixed bridge for immediate use. Healing takes 2–4 months.
5) Definitive replacement
After healing is complete, we create the final zirconia dental replacement with long lifespan and natural appearance.

The All-on-6 method uses 6 dental implants instead of four in All-on-4. Six implants increase stability and distribute the load more evenly — suitable where we want maximum lifespan and the patient has sufficient bone tissue.
Implant care includes regular home hygiene, interdental brushes and professional dental hygiene at the clinic. This extends the lifespan of the dental replacement and prevents complications.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so it is completely painless. After the procedure there is also no pain, mild swelling and short recovery are possible — the patient usually returns to normal life within a few days.
The long-term success of All-on-6 depends primarily on precise implant placement and subsequent patient care. With correct implantation and regular hygiene, implants can last decades. We recommend checking or renewing the definitive replacement approximately after 10–15 years.
